GK Films, Appian Way to produce 'Home'

'Paranormal' producer Schneider also teaming on thriller

Graham King's GK Films, Leonardo DiCaprio's Appian Way and "Paranormal Activity" exec producer Steven Schneider are teaming to produce the psychological thriller "Home."

Iliadis and Alleca previously teamed on Rogue's 2009 remake of "The Last House on the Left."

"Home" follows an unstable young man staying at his dead father's house. As odd phenomena begin to occur, he struggles to determine whether he's having a nervous breakdown or his father is haunting him.

King and Tim Headington will produce for GK Films, while Jennifer Killoran and Alex Mace will produce for Appian Way.

Project was originally optioned in 2005 by Wes Craven through his and Marianne Maddalena's Craven/Maddalena Films banner.

Alleca wrote the first draft of "Home" when he was an intern at Eli Roth's Raw Nerve shingle.

I love seeing Jake and Puck together on Glee! Will we get more of the Puckerman brothers soon? — Alice
Yes, Glee's holiday episode will set the stage for the brothers' reunion, as well as the introduction of Jake's mother. "[Aisha Tyler] starts in our Christmas episode and you really get all of the details of their whole backstory — what happened with Jake and his mom and the dad, so you'll definitely get to explore that whole scenario," Jacob Artist tells us. The best part? The Puckerman boys will duet on "Hanukkah Oh Hannukkah." We'll light the menorah to that!

Thanksgiving arrives (a week late) on Fox’s Glee this Thursday at 9/8c, and Chris Colfer has much to be grateful for. In addition to his role as Kurt, who has been transplanted to New York City alongside Lea Michele’s Rachel, Colfer penned Struck By Lightning, an indie comedy that rolls out on VOD/iTunes Dec. 19 (before hitting theaters in January) — and at the time we met up with the actor/author/screenwriter, he was touring the East Coast to tout his novelization of same.

After signing copies for a line of fans that wrapped around a New Jersey bookstore, Colfer spoke with TVLine about the many hats he wears, how Glee is different now that he “commutes” to the Big Apple, his excitement over having a “Kiki” with Sarah Jessica Parker and a realization “Klaine” is about to have.

Glee’s Season 4, Episode 8: “Thanksgiving” is going to be a doozy. Not only are the New Directions competing at Sectionals, but Quinn (Dianna Agron) is making her long-awaited return to the show. Wetpaint Entertainment spoke exclusively with Vanessa Lengies (Sugar) at the premiere of Certainty on November 27, and she revealed a few of the crazy things in store.

When Will (Matthew Morrison) asked Finn (Cory Monteith) to take over the glee club for him while he skipped off to D.C. to lobby for arts education, the arrangement was only supposed to be temporary.

However, TVLine recently revealed that Finn will get “a little too comfortable” in his new role as glee club director, and there “may be a little competition” between the two when Will comes back.

Wetpaint Entertainment spoke exclusively with Matthew Morrison at the premiere of Certainty on November 27, and he told us that he’s still not sure when Will is coming back from D.C. — or if he’s ever coming back for good.
